About Our Valerian Essential Oil From Bavaria

This oil is from Bavaria and of the highest quality and effectivity. True Valerian Root essential oil is a rarity. As the perfect natural sedative, it balances the central nervous system and stimulates the cortical sleep center, possibly ameliorating memory loss. According to literature from scientific and phytotherapy organizations, Valerian Root oil’s bioactivities include its function as a cardio-protectant – for arrhythmia, reducing blood pressure and heart rate – but also to promote sleep and as an ally against depression, nervous tension and anxiety.

Direction For Use

Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted

Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.

Other uses: used in blends
