About Our Organic Cypress Essential Oil from Spain
Cypress oil is known in aromatherapy as a powerful decongestant for veins, helping to relieve varicosities and prostatitis. With its moderately complex array of monoterpenes, it is particularly high in α-pinene, and shows very strong antioxidant activity and antimicrobial effects against gram-positive bacteria. Cypress trees have the remarkable ability to store water and resist fire, making them symbolic of immortality.
Aromatic Notes
Rich green earthy note, some what musky and woody, tenacious.
Direction For Use
Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted.
Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.
Inhalation: diffuse or inhale.
Other uses: widely used for creating blends, can be used in suppositories.
