Original Swiss Aromatics accepts international orders online! If you have any problems completing your order through our website, please feel free to contact us.

CUSTOMS: Your shipment may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes when entering your country. These fees ARE NOT included in the shipping and handling charge already paid to Original Swiss Aromatics. 

Original Swiss Aromatics is not responsible for such extra fees. Any tax, tariff or duty charges are the sole responsibility of our customers outside of the United States. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to avoid any unforeseen charges.

DANGEROUS GOODS: A number of essential oils are considered to be hazardous (mainly because of flammability) and require special handling. These essential oils can be shipped outside of the United States when FOLLOWING THESE specific handling guidelines. Any oil considered hazardous cannot be shipped via United States Postal Service. However, hazardous oils can be shipped by UPS or FedEx.

We make every effort get your package to you as quickly as possible. However, delivery times fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed by us. Shipping costs are dependent on destination and order weight.

Different carriers offer different estimated delivery times. They are however not guaranteed:

USPS 1st Class: 5-14 days

USPS Priority Mail: 3-6 days

UPS

(UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box)

UPS Ground: Delivery 2-7 days 

UPS 3rd Day Air: Delivery within three business days, not guaranteed.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery within two business days, not guaranteed.

UPS Next Day Air: Next day delivery, not guaranteed.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Delivery approximately 2-5 business days, not guaranteed.

FedEx

(FedEX does not deliver to a PO Boxes)

FedEx Express Saver: Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days 

FedEx Home Delivery: 2-7 days (residential addresses only)

FedEx International Economy: For expedited shipping: please submit orders before 11am PST, Monday through Friday, to ship the same day
