The Administration & Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to clients. This position is primarily responsible for answering phones and supporting order fulfillment and quality control. The responsibilities include ongoing customer support, order picking and packing, verification, communication, order processing, inventory support, and troubleshooting.
Answer incoming customer calls and emails.
Enter customer orders and submit to fulfillment department.
Update all client files and paperwork as needed.
Fill administrative needs in support of customer orders including day to day duties and occasional special projects.
Communicate information such as product order status.
Handle follow-up questions from customers to help resolve any outstanding issues.
Resolve customer conflicts and escalate to higher management when necessary.
Assist in custom bottling and labeling of product.
Other tasks as requested by management.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
The ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook or similar office applications.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Patient communication skills and friendly demeanor.
Excellent writing skills in English.
