Yuzu

Antitumor, antiinflammative, antidepressant

Research performed in the U.S. in early 2000 confirmed the anti-tumor properties of the monoterpenes in the essential oil of Yuzu (Elson and Peffley, PIA Conference Proceedings 2000). Simultaneously fruity and tart, this peel oil of the Yuzu fruit is produced on the southern island of Shikoku.
