About Our Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil

Since it became clear that Grapefruit juice had unwanted drug interactions, it lost much of its popularity. As a result, Grapefruit cultivation has plummeted, and with it the availability of a wonderful by-product – Grapefruit peel essential oil. After a period of virtually no availability, some cultivation has returned specifically for aromatherapy and there are now limited supplies. Accordingly, the price has risen sharply, as Grapefruit essential oil is no longer a readily available by-product, but its own agricultural product that has to return to the cost of cultivation. Our current batch with its stunning fragrance has a wide spectrum of uses – from the freshening of room air and the prevention of viral infections to uplifting moods and spirits.
